Items Not Accepted:

The items that are not accepted in our dumpsters are:

  • Tires

  • Radioactive Materials

  • Computers

  • Computer Monitors

  • Televisions

  • Sewage Sludge

  • Waste Oil

  • Vehicle Batteries

  • Hazardous Waste

  • Human or Animal Remains

  • Gas/Propane Tanks

  • Explosives

  • Ashes

  • Dirt

  • Household Cleaners

  • Concrete

  • Bricks

  • Liquid Paint

  • Excessive Liquids

  • Refrigerants (A/C Units, Freezers, Refrigerators, etc.)

If any of the previously mentioned items are found in the dumpster at the time of disposal there will be a minimum $50 fine per item. (This is in accordance with state law)

Maximum Fill Line:

All dumpsters have a clearly labeled maximum fill line sticker.

Please do not fill the dumpster above this line. There will be an additional $50 fee if this rule is violated.

There will be an additional $100 fee added for each ton over the 2 ton weight limit.

Mixed Loads:

We reserve the right to reject any mixed loads.

Loads are considered mixed when contents of the load has to be disposed at different facilities.

If this occurs there will be an additional charge of $50.

Damage to the Dumpsters:

There will be absolutely no burning trash in the dumpsters, spray painting to the dumpsters, peeling off decals, or any other forms of graffiti.

If this occurs, there is a Minimum fee of $1,500.00 for any dumpster that has been damaged.

We reserve the right to take pictures on site ( private or public ) of our dumpsters at anytime.

Property Damage:

We are not liable for any damages to your property.

If you have any concerns regarding placement of the dumpster please be sure to talk to the driver at the time of delivery.

Additional Charges (If Applicable):

We understand things change and we do our best to accommodate changes in schedule. However, to ensure accurate scheduling and on time deliveries we do charge a $50 fee for all cancellations and deviations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery.

Extreme cold weather fee $50. This is a pass through fee (we are charged at the dump) to clean out frozen dumpsters. Only charged during extreme cold events.

$200 - per additional dump (under 2 tons). If more than one dump is required during your rental.

Rates are based on 7 Days - Each additional week is $150. Subject to availability, please call at least 2 days ahead of scheduled pick-up. We understand things happen and we do our best to accommodate our customers.

$100 - Refundable deposit required. (You will be refunded 100%, upon verification that none of the guidelines above have been violated)

Payment:

Payment is required prior to, or upon delivery.

We accept credit/debit cards, check or cash to the driver when the dumpster is delivered. (Drivers do NOT carry cash or exact change)

Please make checks payable to the order of: VSB Rolloffs LLC.

Credit/Debit cards are subject to processing fees.

Typically refunds take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Each rental is subject to a 7.5% sales tax.

Late payments and bounced checks are subject to a fee of $30 or 10% of bill, whatever is greater.
